Pendampingan Transformasi Layanan Skrining Digital Kesehatan Mental Remaja melalui Implementasi Aplikasi SiPendekar

Abstract

Kesehatan mental remaja merupakan isu penting yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan akademik, sosial, dan emosional siswa. Namun, keterbatasan mekanisme deteksi dini di lingkungan sekolah menyebabkan layanan identifikasi dan pemantauan kesehatan mental belum berjalan secara optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan aplikasi SiPendekar (Sistem Informasi Pendeteksi Kesehatan Jiwa Raga) sebagai media skrining kesehatan mental berbasis digital di SMP Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahapan koordinasi dengan mitra, sosialisasi kesehatan mental, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi, pelaksanaan skrining menggunakan instrumen Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), serta validasi hasil oleh psikolog. Peserta kegiatan terdiri dari 90 siswa kelas VII, VIII dan IX berusia 11–14 tahun yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator keberhasilan program berhasil tercapai. Tingkat partisipasi peserta mencapai 90%dari total sasaran kegiatan, sebanyak 81 siswa berhasil menyelesaikan pengisian instrumen SDQ melalui aplikasi SiPendekar, dan 90% peserta mampu menggunakan aplikasi secara mandiri selama proses skrining. Selain itu, seluruh data yang terkumpul berhasil diproses dan dianalisis sebagai dasar penyusunan rekomendasi pendampingan oleh pihak sekolah dan psikolog. Implementasi SiPendekar terbukti mampu mendukung proses skrining kesehatan mental secara lebih cepat, sistematis, dan terdokumentasi sehingga memudahkan sekolah dalam memperoleh informasi untuk mendukung layanan bimbingan dan konseling berbasis data. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung transformasi digital layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah serta memperkuat upaya deteksi dini
