Kerangka Etika Profesi Guru sebagai Kreator Media Pembelajaran Berbasis AI Generatif: Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan integritas digital dan merumuskan kerangka etika profesi guru guna menghadapi risiko "kemandulan pedagogis" serta fenomena "kolonisasi AI". Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA dan analisis tematik terhadap literatur akademik bereputasi serta dokumen kebijakan global. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kehadiran Large Language Models (LLM) telah mentransformasi beban kerja guru secara radikal, dari fungsi transmisi pengetahuan menjadi fungsi validasi dan audit pedagogis yang intensif. Kondisi ini melahirkan fenomena validative overload, di mana pendidik menghadapi tuntutan kognitif tinggi untuk memverifikasi kebenaran faktual dan bias algoritmik mesin. Sebagai solusi mitigasi, penelitian ini mengusulkan implementasi Teacher Sandwich Model yang disinergikan dengan prinsip Tabayyun Digital. Strategi ini memposisikan AI murni sebagai wasilah (instrumen), sementara kedaulatan pedagogis tetap berada sepenuhnya pada kendali guru melalui tahapan perencanaan awal dan evaluasi kritis. Signifikansi penelitian ini terletak pada penguatan kembali esensi Ta'dib atau pembentukan karakter dan moral yang tidak dapat diotomatisasi oleh algoritma. Hasil kajian memberikan implikasi strategis bagi pembuat kebijakan untuk mereformasi standar beban kerja guru yang mengakomodasi aktivitas validasi digital guna menjaga keberlangsungan "Ruh Pedagogis" di era disrupsi teknologi.
