Peran Kompetensi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa: Studi Literatur

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui studi literatur. Kompetensi yang dikaji meliputi pedagogik, profesional, sosial, dan kepribadian sebagai satu kesatuan yang menentukan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur sistematis dari jurnal nasional dan internasional terkait kompetensi guru dan hasil belajar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik berperan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang efektif sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Kompetensi profesional mendukung penguasaan materi dan integrasi nilai keislaman secara kontekstual, sedangkan kompetensi sosial dan kepribadian memperkuat keteladanan serta menciptakan iklim belajar yang kondusif. Faktor pendukungnya meliputi pelatihan berkelanjutan, dukungan sekolah, kolaborasi profesional, dan fasilitas memadai, sementara hambatan meliputi beban administratif, keterbatasan sarana, dan minimalnya pengembangan profesional. Secara keseluruhan, penguatan kompetensi guru PAI secara sistematis menjadi strategi utama dalam meningkatkan mutu hasil belajar siswa secara holistik.
