Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat dan pola internalisasi nilai religius pada siswi, serta menganalisis peran hidden curriculum dalam memfasilitasi pergeseran dari kepatuhan normatif menuju kesadaran personal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus; data dikumpulkan melalui observasi mendalam, wawancara dengan kepala madrasah, guru PAI, orang tua, dan siswi, serta dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum tersembunyi diimplementasikan melalui kebiasaan beribadah yang terstruktur, yang mendorong proses penanaman nilai secara bertahap, mulai dari penerapan norma hingga terbentuknya motivasi batin yang kuat. Beberapa siswi telah mencapai tingkat internalisasi yang autentik/membudaya, sementara siswi lainnya masih berada pada tahap memenuhi kebutuhan karena kurangnya kemampuan memahami serta kurangnya dukungan dari keluarga. Hambatan utama meliputi rendahnya kemampuan berpikir reflektif, ketidaksesuaian antara lingkungan sekolah dan keluarga, tekanan yang dialami dalam proses belajar, serta pengaruh negatif dari teman sebaya. Penelitian ini menyarankan peningkatan refleksi keagamaan, kerja sama antara sekolah dan keluarga, serta pembentukan ekosistem madrasah yang mampu memperkuat proses penanaman nilai-nilai keagamaan secara berkelanjutan.
