Pembelajaran Aktif dalam Pendidikan Seni: Studi Kasus berdasarkan Pengalaman Mahasiswa Praktik Kependidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran aktif dalam pendidikan seni berdasarkan pengalaman praktik kependidikan siswa, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaannya, serta menyusun strategi perbaikan yang dapat diterapkan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap mahasiswa pendidikan seni yang menjalani praktik pendidikan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran aktif meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan kritis, memperbaiki hasil belajar, serta memperkuat efikasi diri mengajar siswa. Strategi yang paling efektif meliputi diskusi kelompok kecil, lokakarya kolaboratif, kritik bersama, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan eksplorasi media campuran. Faktor pendukungnya mencakup bimbingan guru pamong, kolaborasi antar-mahasiswa, ketersediaan fasilitas studio, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Faktor penghambatnya meliputi resistensi siswa, keterbatasan waktu dan infrastruktur, kesulitan penilaian karya kreatif, serta lemahnya dukungan institusional. Enam strategi perbaikan yang dirumuskan: penguatan persiapan program, pengembangan penilaian autentik, peningkatan pendampingan triadik, integrasi pembelajaran kolaboratif berbasis proyek, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, dan pengembangan budaya reflektif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pembelajaran aktif dalam pendidikan seni memerlukan adaptasi khusus yang memperhatikan hakikat proses kreatif serta ekosistem pendukung yang mencakup kesiapan siswa, kualitas pendampingan, dan keseragaman sistem penilaian.
