Refleksi Praktik Mengajar: Implementasi Project-Based Learning pada Materi Anuitas dalam Mata Kuliah Matematika Ekonomi

Abstract

Artikel ini menyajikan hasil penelitian tentang refleksi praktik mengajar pada penerapan model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dalam materi anuitas pada mata kuliah Matematika Ekonomi di Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Tadulako. Penelitian reflektif ini bertujuan menggambarkan proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, capaian hasil belajar mahasiswa, serta tantangan yang muncul selama implementasi. Subjek refleksi adalah 56 mahasiswa semester tiga pada tahun akademik 2025/2026. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi kelas, dokumentasi proyek berupa laporan tertulis dan presentasi kelompok, catatan aktivitas belajar, serta lembar refleksi mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PjBL meningkatkan motivasi belajar, keterlibatan aktif, dan pemahaman konseptual mahasiswa terhadap konsep nilai waktu uang, termasuk present value dan future value. Temuan penting lainnya adalah meningkatnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam komunikasi matematis melalui penyajian data, penjelasan grafik, dan diskusi kelompok. Kendala utama yang ditemui meliputi keterbatasan waktu penyelesaian proyek serta variasi kontribusi individu dalam kelompok. Secara keseluruhan temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa PjBL memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih bermakna, kontekstual, dan relevan bagi mahasiswa dalam memahami konsep anuitas.
