Evaluasi Pelatihan Barang Dalam Keadaan Terbungkus (BDKT) Terhadap Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM)
Abstract
Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan kontributor besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, akan tetapi masih banyak UMKM belum memahami peraturan Barang Dalam Keadaan Terbungkus (BDKT). Kesenjangan kepatuhan ini mewakili tantangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil pengawasan Kementerian Perdagangan tahun 2023, hanya 54,98% produk yang diawasi memenuhi ketentuan. Direktorat Metrologi bekerja sama dengan Balai Pelatihan SDM Metrologi Mutu dan Jasa Perdagangan (BPMJP) mengadakan pelatihan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepatuhan pelaku usaha di lima kota besar pada tahun 2024. Pelatihan dilakukan secara tatap muka (offline) kepada pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas intervensi ini dengan menganalisis hasil pembelajaran. menggunakan metode One Way ANOVA. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam materi alat ukur, BDKT, dan kemasan pada beberapa kota. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Analisis Kebutuhan Pelatihan (Training Need Analysis) penting dilakukan sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan di masa depan guna memastikan efektivitas pembelajaran dan mendorong transfer ilmu dalam pelatihan.
